EMDR
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a therapeutic technique that involves moving your eyes a specific way while processing traumatic memories. The goal of EMDR is to help you heal from trauma other distressing life experiences. EMDR does not change any memories or experiences, but it can help you feel less distressed by them.
CBT
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a powerful tool that helps us understand the connection between our thoughts, feelings, and actions. By identifying areas of change, we can reduce anxiety and stress, increase self-esteem, and gain confidence in handling life's challenges. With CBT, we can take control of our thoughts and emotions, and live a happier, more fulfilling life.
All services are provided either in person or via telehealth. Self-pay processing is handled through the clinician Electronic Health Record, Simple Practice. Headway and Tava Health are insurance processors that will handle all billing and claims. All services are provided directly by owner/CEO Susan Ramsey-French, LCSW.
